Day 47: Is the truth always good to hear, why or why not

I think it is always best to hear the truth even if the truth hurts. No matter how heart-breaking, earth-shattering or destructive, it needs to be heard. Because if you tell a lie, sooner or later, it's gonna come out. There's no point in telling a lie.It may fix things or make things easier at first but then, it will always always always always end up messing things up and will just make things even more complicated.

Also, the truth is the truth. It's what is true. It is reality. Even if it is not a good one, it still needs to be faced because (well) it's the truth. You can never escape the truth. If it is what it is, then there's nothing you can do about it. It may suck for some apparent reason but you can't do anything about it anymore. You have to deal with it. True things happen for a reason. Just let it be. Choose truth above any other lie no matter how comforting or how good the lie sounds.
